All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order has officially shipped.

We respect your privacy. All KAII orders are shipped in 100% discreet, unmarked boxes or bubble mailers with a neutral return address. There is no mention of smoking accessories or branding on the outside of the package.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them, complete with original premium packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations regarding smoking accessories:
- Used Items: Any cone that has been handled or grinder that has been used cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a rare manufacturing defect (e.g., issue with the grinder's magnetic seal or threads), please contact us immediately at info@thekaii.com with your Order Number and a clear photo or short video of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately, covering all shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
Email our support team at info@thekaii.com with your return request. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
