KAII was born out of shared frustration. The smoking market was saturated with mass-produced, chemically-bleached papers and metal grinders that jammed constantly. We decided to strip away the noise and engineer functional art from scratch.
Perfecting the Clean Burn
We spent months working with organic agricultural labs to secure unbleached, ultra-thin raw plant fibers. The result was our proprietary signature cone material—zero chemical aftertaste, zero toxic fumes, and an exact uniform slow burn.
Aerospace Calibrations
We shifted focus to hardware, launching our CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum grinders. By implementing rare-earth neodymium magnetic enclosures and a built-in poly-friction ring, we set the benchmark for effortless mechanical grinding.
